Brennand loves San Diego and all that it has to offer. A San Diego native (born on the 4th of July at the 1971 Del Mar Fair!), Brennand's passion for the active San Diego lifestyle creates an energy that flows into his other passion, real estate. Whether surfing in Ocean Beach, taking his dune buggy out to the desert, or finding just the right home for his clients, Brennand applies himself fully in every endeavor.

Growing up in North County, Brennand was a "people person" right from the start. He was elected Student Body President in high school. From there, his years spent as a professional skateboarder took him all over the world, and gave him a unique perspective on how just how special San Diego is. Brennand then decided to focus on refining his business skills, and for many years successfully managed his family's popular Gaslamp District business, Cafe LuLu. With his in-depth knowledge of San Diego and years of experience working with people, it was a natural for Brennand to then earn his real estate license and join his family at RBV Real Estate. His interesting and varied life experiences have helped shape his philosophy that the most important ingredients for success are knowledge, honesty, commitment and results.

Brennand enjoys living in North Park with his wife and young son, in their lovingly restored 1930's Spanish home.
