Curb appeal is your best chance to create a positive impact on buyers before they step foot into your house. The pluses and minuses that jump out at buyers shape their first opinion of your house and how you upkeep home's regular maintenance.
Acknowledging this helps us to decide what we can do to attract buyers from the street and into your home. If your house isn't attractive on the outside with touched up paint and blooming greenery we'll need to address those as well. Follow the Curb Appeal Checklist and raise your home's final selling price.

Make yourself at home...
Could a buyer envision themselves enjoying game night in your living room, unwinding in your spa tub or hosting a dinner in your dining room? We want your house to welcome buyers and give them a sense of ease. We'll help you achieve this by suggesting small improvements that enhance your home's features.
We'll tell you eliminate items that give the look of clutter. Table and counter tops should be neatly arranged. Brick-a-brack, sentimental items, family photos, and refrigerator drawings should get moved out of sight. You need to "de-personalize" the home so buyers can picture it as their new house.
We know exactly what a room's best features are and how to show them off. We'll point out the pieces of furniture that should be removed, rooms that need a fresh coat of paint, carpet needing to be changed, fixtures that need shining, and any other improvement that can easily be made to positively affect the sale.
Buyers expect a house that seems comfortable. Decor that could be unsightly should get moved out in order for your home to have general appeal at the open house.

Setting the Stage
In every opportunity, we want to capture buyers' attention.
Brightening up each room is critical, so we'll do things like draw back curtains and change light bulbs where needed to invite the buyer inside. Together we'll enhance the mood of the house with enjoyable music to listen to while guests enjoy your home and make sure a pleasing aroma circulates room-to-room. We'll add cozy-looking blankets, and throw pillows on your chairs and bed. Buyers should feel like your house has the potential to be.
